VIRTUAL YOGA

In response to public health concerns, all yoga is currently taught virtually. We are presented with a chance to make the practice our own more than ever. To relax into our space and our experience even more fully and engage with the teachings at our own pace. SIIIGHHH! Breathe loud! Rest when your body asks or add your own asana.

Even while practicing from home, this can also be a chance to be inspired by community. The possibilities are limitless.

50% of proceeds from this class are donated to organizations supporting black lives. During the month of June, we are donating to the Loveland Foundation to help black women and girls access therapy.
