Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

If availability permits, you may reserve a session up until 5 hours within the requested time.  Reservations are not final until you receive confirmation. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% of session fees are due for anyone cancelling within 24 hours of a session.  If you have scheduled the session within 24 hours of the session time, you have a 3 hour grace period to cancel.  Please contact me immediately in the case that an emergency prevents you from coming to a session. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

I am a certified in Massage Therapy by the state of California, and only practice techniques within the scope of massage therapy.  

Further client agreements and medical history must be reviewed and signed before the first Body Therapy session.  Client agreement and health history forms may be made available for prior review upon request.
